Transition Leadership 

Miralto provides specialized services and in some cases temporary leadership teams for agencies facing a departmental and organizational leadership void. Our adjunct executive corps will serve in stewardship capacity to lead the organization in times of transition. We will provide senior level full time and part time executives and in some cases collateral staff to address immediate needs brought on by unplanned departures. Based on an objective-based plan we will help align forward strategy with search efforts for permanent leadership and provide remedial management actions needed in the short term to secure institutional credibility and build capability.
