Project and Program Evaluations

Miralto works with agencies to evaluate project performance or program delivery against established performance measures. If no clear performance measures exist, or if existing measures are inadequate, we also help establish baseline measures using industry benchmarks and best practices. Additionally, our evaluations can include assessments of the organizational and systems infrastructures, work processes and employee performance programs.
